With the increasingly expansion of

function departments of Company. In order to conveniently conduct works related
to CPC members and play the leading role of them, Company has specially applied
to Committee of CPC in Changfeng Ecological Business District for establishing
CPC Branch of China Security & Fire Co., Ltd.
After review and examination for over
one month, Committee of CPC in Changfeng Ecological Business District recently
replied and approved to establish the CPB Branch and appointed Gong Zhuo as
Secretary of CPC Branch and Yang Wanfan as deputy Secretary.
